Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
At Hestia, we are a small business dedicated to providing high-quality window coverings to our valued customers. Unfortunately, due to the significantly higher shipping costs associated with delivering to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories, we are currently unable to offer shipping to these locations. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our products affordable and accessible to as many customers as possible.
General Shipping Notes
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
- We do not ship to military bases outside the continental United States, including APO and FPO addresses.
- Address changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.
- All delivery times provided on our website or in any promotional materials are estimates and may vary.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This allows us to send each item as soon as it is ready, ensuring that you receive your products as quickly as possible.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options: Free Standard Shipping and paid Express Shipping. Free Standard Shipping typically takes 20 to 28 days, while Express Shipping takes about 9 to 15 days (not including the 5-7 days for production). For shades and blinds wider than 82”, we offer free Express Shipping.
Freight Damage and Missing Parts
We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you notice any damage on the box upon delivery, please carefully check what's inside. If there are any missing parts or damage to the product, you have 120 calendar days to report it. Do not discard the packaging, as it may be required for any claims. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Delivery times provided on our website are estimates based on normal production and shipping schedules. These estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and factory closures. Please be aware that delays may occur due to backordered items, factory inventory counts, temporary production halts, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as holidays.
Discontinued and Backordered Items
Occasionally, products or colors may be discontinued or placed on backorder by our manufacturers. We make every effort to remove discontinued items from our website as soon as we are notified. If an item in your order is backordered, we will inform you immediately and provide options to modify or cancel your order.
