All Hestia products are photographed in real life, but there may be some color variations due to lighting, screen displays, etc. If you have strict color requirements, please contact customer service to receive free samples.

Since our window shades, blinds, and shutters are custom-made according to each customer's specific dimensions, a variance of about 2/5 inches is considered normal due to the elasticity of the product and manual measurement errors. This does not indicate any quality issues.

Hestia's products are all green, non-toxic, and harmless. Upon receiving your window treatments, there might be some odor inherent to the material, but this is not an unpleasant odor and can be eliminated by airing it out for a period of time.

The light-blocking indicated in our product descriptions refers only to the material's inherent light-blocking capabilities. There may be some gaps when the finished products are installed on doors or windows, which is an industry-wide challenge that cannot be completely avoided. Customers sensitive to light or requiring complete blackout should consider this carefully or opt for black blackout products to increase blackout efficiency.

Most of Hestia's window shades, blinds, and shutters are waterproof and stain-resistant. Routine maintenance involves checking and repairing as needed, with a recommended cleaning interval of every six months to a year.
