Customer service is excellent, outstanding. Unfortunately the blinds didn't not work for my window, even after a redo for a sizing issue. However, Leo went out of his way to discuss it with me and provided a full refund. I really appreciated his attentiveness and desire to make things right.

Almost perfect, needs 0.25 inches more width to block more side light (about .125 each on left and right side) which is what I subtracted when filing out the form as per Hestia instructions. Would still have tiny gap even with that extra .25 but would be much better in my opinion. Wish I didn't follow Hestia instructions.

I placed the blind in the shower glass block window. It is blocking enough light to let me sleep while still allowing some light in so I can navigate in the dark.

They do provide privacy for my wife in the shower that has the block glass window. I expected both sides of the shade to be Sharkskin not white on the outside . That looks cheap from the outside. Pricy but works

Easy to install. The only issue with the installation was that I found it very difficult to reinsert the rubber buttons after tightening the shades and locking them in place. They are good looking, and the movement is smooth going up and down. They block the light effectively. There is still a small gap on each side of the shades where the light shines through, partly because my windows are wider at the bottom than the top. I also could have gone a bit wider in the measurements.

We live these shades. They install beautifully and look amazing.

I ordered these shades for my dog grooming shop because of the water resistant anti mildew fabric and that I could easily take them down to clean any dog hair and dander that will get on them. They look like great quality, easy to install. Reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because they don’t fit. My measurements for the window are correct, order was correct, sticker on the product is correct size. They are two short. With tension mechanism fully extended they are about 1/4 in to short. I made shims to make them fit. Didn’t bother to send back because they took longer than expected which was another issue. I thought this was a US company based off of physical address. The blinds shipped from overseas. (Japan or China, I can’t remember) I prefer to support US made.
